Senior Regional Executive
Job Summary
• Responsible for Regional Parts management in areas such as Parts administration, Inventory management, Supplier & Order management, Analysis & reporting to support HQ in Japan, Regional HQ and Subsidiaries to achieve B2B strategy & company’s goals
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Parts master, pricing & related systems across region in line with HQ
• Improve Parts availability to achieve timely supply to customers in the most cost-effective way
• Regular review and management of Regional Parts KPI & implement necessary strategies with Subsidiaries /HQ to optimize inventory levels
• Collaborate with HQ, Subsidiaries and internal stakeholders for Parts order forecast, allocation and fulfilment related matters, and provide timely updates on shipment schedules and backorders.
• Collaborate with HQ, Subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Parts management policy and processes
• Support Regional HQ with Parts analysis & reports, including data inputs for Business plan & Financial forecasts
• Review and set up processes, problem-solving and continuous improvement/PDCA
• Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties that are required based on business needs

• Minimum 5 years in Parts Logistics management, in MNC with B2B & B2C setting
• Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business
